1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the customer and the operator of this e-commerce store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Prices and Currency

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and Czech Crowns (CZK), including VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price displayed at the time of your order is final.

3. Orders and Payment

An order becomes binding once payment is successfully completed. We accept secure online payments via various payment gateways. If payment is not received within 5 days, the order may be cancelled.

4. Shipping

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.

6. Warranty and Claims

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty unless stated otherwise. If the item is faulty or not as described, you may file a complaint. We will resolve all claims promptly, no later than within 30 days.

Všeobecé Obchodné Podmienky

Zadaním objednávky prostredníctvom tejto webovej stránky potvrdzujete, že ste si tieto obchodné podmienky prečítali, porozumeli im a súhlasíte s nimi. Tieto podmienky sú v súlade s platnou legislatívou Európskej únie vrátane smernice 2011/83/EÚ o právach spotrebiteľov a nariadenia GDPR (EÚ 2016/679).

1. Úvod

Tieto obchodné podmienky upravujú právny vzťah medzi vami ako zákazníkom a prevádzkovateľom tohto internetového obchodu. Odoslaním objednávky potvrdzujete, že ste si podmienky prečítali a súhlasíte s nimi.

2. Ceny a mena

Ceny sú uvádzané v eurách (EUR) a českých korunách (CZK), vrátane DPH. Ceny sa môžu priebežne meniť, ale pre vašu objednávku platí cena platná v čase jej odoslania.

3. Objednávka a platba

Objednávka sa stáva záväznou po jej potvrdení a úspešnej úhrade. Platbu je možné vykonať cez zabezpečené platobné brány. Ak platba nebude prijatá do 5 dní, objednávka bude automaticky zrušená.

4. Doručenie

Tovar odosielame do 2–7 pracovných dní cez Packeta. Doručujeme celosvetovo. Presné náklady a časy doručenia sa zobrazia pri pokladni. Viac v Dodacích podmienkach.

5. Odstúpenie od zmluvy (vrátenie tovaru)

Podľa zákona máte právo odstúpiť od zmluvy bez udania dôvodu do 14 dní od prevzatia tovaru. Tovar musí byť nepoužitý, nepoškodený a v pôvodnom obale. Viac informácií v Reklamačných podmienkach.

6. Zodpovednosť za vady a reklamácie

Reklamácie sa riadia platným zákonom o ochrane spotrebiteľa. Záruka na tovar je 24 mesiacov, ak nie je uvedené inak. Reklamácie vybavujeme bez zbytočného odkladu, najneskôr do 30 dní.

7. Ochrana osobných údajov

Vaše údaje spracovávame v súlade s nariadením GDPR (EÚ 2016/679). Údaje slúžia výhradne na vybavenie objednávky a nebudú poskytnuté tretím stranám bez súhlasu.

8. Riešenie sporov

Ak vznikne spor, môžete ho riešiť mimosúdnou cestou cez Európsku platformu pre riešenie sporov online (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
