We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

Return Period

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

1. Contact us at shimmi@shimmi.eu within the return window.

2. Include your order number and reason for return in the email.

3. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

• Items marked as final sale

• Used or worn items

Reklamačné podmienky

Chceme, aby ste boli s nákupom úplne spokojní. Ak vám tovar z akéhokoľvek dôvodu nevyhovuje, môžete ho vrátiť za týchto podmienok:

Lehota na vrátenie

Tovar je možné vrátiť do 14 dní od doručenia. Musí byť nepoužitý, nepraný a v pôvodnom obale.

Postup pri vrátení

1. Kontaktujte nás na shimmi@shimmi.eu v rámci stanovenej lehoty.

2. Do e-mailu uveďte číslo objednávky a dôvod vrátenia.

3. Zašleme vám pokyny a adresu na vrátenie tovaru.

Vrátenie peňazí

Po prijatí a kontrole vráteného tovaru vás budeme informovať e-mailom. Ak bude vrátenie schválené, peniaze vám budú vrátené rovnakou platobnou metódou do 7 pracovných dní.

Náklady na dopravu

Náklady na spätné doručenie hradí zákazník, pokiaľ nebol tovar poškodený alebo chybný.

Tovar, ktorý nie je možné vrátiť

• Darčekové poukazy

• Tovar označený ako „výpredaj“ alebo „posledný kus“

• Použitý alebo nosený tovar
